A great place to begin exploring movement, breath, and meditation, helping you to develop flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness. With plenty of cueing and options given, this class is appropriate for Beginner to Advanced Students.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held passively but deeply for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes) to release muscle tension and work deep into connective tissues (joints and fascia) to improve overall mobility. The practice offers a quiet and meditative space to balance energy and cultivate inner stillness. While the pace and format is similar to restorative yoga, Yin yoga has deeper, more challenging stretches and sensations. Recommended for those looking to complement an active lifestyle and existing movement practice. All levels are welcome. Props will be used to find a depth in each posture that feels right for you.

Restorative Yoga: Rest & Reset
A combination of meditation and gentle supported postures using bolsters and blankets. The emphasis in this class is in releasing tension from the body, and de-stressing and calming the mind. This class is suitable for all levels and is a great way to wind down your day.
